About Brandzaar

Brandzaar is a growing digital marketing initiative focused on helping businesses build their presence through Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, Branding and Digital Growth.

We are currently building our agency from the ground up and are looking for 4 motivated individuals who want to become part of our founding team.

This is an opportunity to work part-time and remotely while continuing your studies, job, freelancing or other commitments.

The Opportunity

As a Founding Team Member at Brandzaar, you will get the chance to work on real business problems, interact with potential clients, conduct market research and understand how a digital marketing agency is built and operated.

Initially, this is a part-time opportunity with adaptable working hours.

As Brandzaar develops a stable client base and revenue, selected team members may have the opportunity to move into paid roles with fixed compensation and performance-based incentives.

Roles We Are Hiring For

1. Business Development & Sales

* Find and approach potential clients
- Cold calling and follow-ups
- Schedule client meetings
- Present Brandzaar’s services
- Maintain leads and sales pipeline
- Support client acquisition and conversion

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

* Research potential businesses and decision-makers
- Build and maintain lead databases
- Find prospects through Google, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Analyse businesses’ existing social media presence
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Provide qualified leads to the sales team

1. Social Media Strategist

* Conduct Instagram/Facebook social media audits
- Develop content ideas and strategies
- Research trends and competitors
- Create content calendars




- Analyse basic social media performance
- Suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement and business growth

1. Client Success & Account Management

* Communicate with clients
- Understand client requirements
- Coordinate with the internal team
- Manage approvals and follow-ups
- Track client work and deliverables
- Maintain regular client updates
