About RagaAI

RagaAI is building the next generation of AI solutions to solve complex real-world problems using advanced AI and machine learning.

We are looking for a high-caliber Strategy & Corporate Development professional to work closely with the founders on the company's most key strategic and fundraising initiatives.

This is a high-impact Founder’s Office role for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience working on both corporate strategy and fundraising / corporate development

.

The Role

You will work directly with the founder across company strategy, fundraising, investor engagement, market intelligence, strategic partnerships, and other high-priority initiatives

.

The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between an analytical strategy problem, an investor conversation, a financial model, and execution of a critical company initiative.

This is not a strategy-only role

. You will be expected to take ownership and drive projects from problem definition → analysis → recommendation → execution

.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Strategy

- Work with the founder to define and execute RagaAI's strategic priorities.
- Analyze markets, competitors, customers, technologies, and emerging opportunities.
- Evaluate new markets, products, business models, and growth opportunities.
- Develop business cases and recommendations for strategic decisions.
- Build frameworks and analyses to support founder-level decision making.
- Track industry and competitive developments, particularly across AI and enterprise technology.

2. Fundraising & Corporate Development

- Work closely with the founder on fundraising strategy and execution across current and future financing rounds.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the investor landscape across VCs, growth investors, strategic investors, and other sources of capital.
- Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant investors.
- Prepare fundraising materials including investor presentations, company narratives, financial analyses, market sizing, and investment theses .

- Support preparation for investor meetings and help develop tailored investor messaging.




- Maintain fundraising pipeline, investor outreach, meeting status, follow-ups, and next steps.

- Conduct investor research and develop insights on investment theses, portfolio companies, and relevant market activity.
- Support financial modeling, valuation analysis, fundraising scenarios, and capital strategy.

- Coordinate diligence requests across finance, business, product, technology, and other functions.
- Support the founders through the fundraising process from investor identification and outreach through diligence and closing

.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing investors and support ongoing investor communications.

3. Founder’s Office / Strategic Initiatives

- Work directly with the founder on high-priority and often ambiguous strategic initiatives.

- Take ownership of cross-functional projects that are critical to the company's growth.
- Convert ambiguous questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, decision documents, and board/investor materials.

- Track and drive execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Step into new areas as priorities evolve.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- 2–5 years of professional experience in one or more of:

- Corporate Strategy

- Corporate Development

- Investment Banking

- Management Consulting
- Venture Capital / Private Equity
- Strategy & Business Development
- Demonstrated experience in BOTH strategy and fundraising/corporate development.

- Prior experience supporting or executing a fundraising process is highly desirable.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and structured-thinking abilities.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create compelling, concise executive and investor materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority initiatives.




- Comfort working directly with founders and senior leadership.

Strongly Preferred

- Experience in startup fundraising / capital raising .

- Experience working with VCs, PE firms, strategic investors, or investment banks.
- Experience preparing fundraising decks, financial models, investor updates, or due-diligence materials.

- Experience in a technology, SaaS, AI/ML, or high-growth startup.
- Understanding of venture capital and the startup financing ecosystem.
- Prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth startup.

- The Ideal Candidate

- Can build a market-sizing model in the morning and prepare for an investor meeting in the afternoon.

- Understands what makes a company compelling to investors.
- Can take a complex business and turn it into a simple, compelling narrative.
- Is comfortable with financial models, presentations, data, and executive communication.

- Enjoys working on ambiguous problems with no predefined playbook.
- Has strong commercial judgment and intellectual curiosity.
- Is comfortable operating with founders and senior executives.

- Has high ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.

What Success Looks Like In the first 6–12 months, you will:

- Become a trusted strategic partner to the founder.

- Help develop and execute RagaAI's fundraising strategy .

- Build and manage a high-quality investor pipeline.
- Strengthen RagaAI's investor narrative, materials, and financial positioning.
- Support the founders in investor meetings and fundraising execution.
- Independently drive important strategic projects from analysis through execution.
- Identify strategic opportunities across markets, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
