Raised To X is Looking for:**** This is a hands-on, generalist role at the heart of the company -you will own backend, cloud, and DevOps end-to-end, with frontend work as a valuable bonus (an intern currently supports on frontend, but full-stack ability is a strong plus).

Responsibilities

- Own backend architecture, APIs, and services end-to-end, from design through production.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps -deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability.
- Contribute to frontend development where needed, working alongside our frontend intern.
- Take technical ownership as an early engineer, directly shaping product and engineering decisions with the founder

What We are Looking for :

- 3-4 years of experience (3 years is ideal) in full-stack/backend-heavy engineering, with strong ownership in production environments.
- Experience building products from 0→1, taking ownership, and leading technical initiatives or engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Solid computer science fundamentals and a deep understanding of system design and scalable software architecture.
- Strong understanding of databases, caching, authentication, security, and cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and deploying production applications.
- Strong backend engineering skills in Python,



Node.js and/or Go (Golang) with hands-on experience building scalable backend services, REST and gRPC APIs, and distributed systems for production.
- Bonus: PWA / mobile, real-time or voice systems, security and data-privacy awareness, data-pipeline experience.
- Strong frontend development using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Tech Stack Current (MVP): Python with FastAPI -aligned with our existing Python-based ML stack for a unified codebase.
- Future (Scaling): Go -chosen for its concurrency handling as the platform scales. Frontend: React.js / Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.

Interview process:

- Round 1 – Technical: Live coding assessment with Vansh.
- Round 2 – Fit: Final interview with founder Vikas and a technical advisor (IIT Bombay '98 alumnus), who provides experienced technical vetting for this founding role.

Location & Schedule Location: WeWork Light Bridge, Powai, Mumbai Schedule: 4–5 days/week in-office, with 1 flexible WFH day
