Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role in Malad West, Mumbai. We are looking for an exceptionally driven, analytical and high-agency individual to join our Founder’s Office. You will work closely with the Founder & the leadership team with a variety of strategic and operational initiatives across different functions like:

- Product & Growth
- Marketing
- Operations
- Partnerships
- Strategic planning
- Hiring
- Sales

The exact responsibilities will change as the company and your capabilities evolve.

We need someone who can take a problem, figure it out independently, coordinate people, and drive it toward an outcome. We are less concerned with a particular degree,



prior experience or qualification and more interested in how you think and operate. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, take ownership and operate independently.
