About the ClubWe are creating a premium, membership-only children’s club designed for children aged 6 months to 7 years and their families.

The club will bring together exceptional hospitality, curated experiences, creativity, community and thoughtfully designed spaces to create a completely new premium destination for families.

This is not a preschool, daycare or traditional activity centre. It is a premium member's club where every interaction is designed around exceptional family experiences.

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Founding Club Director to lead the club from pre-opening through launch and ongoing operations.

This is an opportunity for a hospitality or premium-service leader to build something from the ground up and establish the club’s service culture, operational standards, team and member experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the pre-opening, launch and day-to-day operations of the club.
- Develop and implement SOPs, systems and premium service standards.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised and memorable member experience.
- Lead the recruitment, training and development of the founding team.
- Manage memberships, bookings, renewals, enquiries and member relationships.
- Oversee events, workshops, celebrations and special member experiences.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, presentation and service.
- Manage vendors, facilities, staffing, inventory and operational requirements.
- Monitor budgets, operational performance, occupancy and key business metrics.




- Work closely with the Founder and Curriculum team to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Continuously improve operations and member experience through feedback and performance insights.

Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, clubs, luxury, lifestyle, family experiences or similar customer-focused environments.
- Strong experience managing teams, operations, budgets and customer experience.
- Excellent understanding of premium service and hospitality standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and solution-focused.
- Comfortable working in a pre-opening / start-up environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build, lead and execute.
- Passion for creating exceptional experiences for children and families.
