Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will support the founder in daily strategic and operational activities across multiple functions. This full-time, on-site role in Noida includes assisting with market and industry research, preparing presentations and reports, and helping manage key projects and internal initiatives. The intern will coordinate with different teams to track progress, gather data, and streamline communication.

Responsibilities also include drafting internal and external communication, supporting partnership or business development efforts,



and contributing to process improvement and documentation. The role is designed for individuals who want broad exposure to an early-stage, high-growth organization and the decision-making processes at the leadership level.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with the capacity to synthesize information and present clear insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, emails, and presentations.
- Basic familiarity with technology and education domains (e.g., data science, AI, or digital learning) or a strong interest in learning about them.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools).
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; business, engineering, or related fields are a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, strategy, or startup environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
