About the Role

We are looking for a qualified with experience in FMCG/FMCD Sales Operations and Project Management, with exposure to Business Intelligence, Analytics and Transformation projects.

The role will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership, supporting strategic initiatives across sales, operations, BI, transformation and business projects.

The individual will be expected to analyse business problems, manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, drive execution and ensure closure of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations FMCG/FMCD

- Drive sales operations and business performance initiatives.
- Track sales targets, primary/secondary sales, distribution, productivity and key KPIs.
- Analyse regional, channel, product and distributor performance.
- Identify business gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support sales planning, forecasting, reviews and distribution initiatives.
- Develop MIS, dashboards and management reports.

Project Management

- Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution and closure.




- Develop project plans, milestones, timelines and trackers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology and other functions.
- Monitor risks, dependencies and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
- Track project outcomes and business impact.

BI, Analytics & Transformation

- Support BI, analytics and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
- Work with BI/technology teams on dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting and automation.
- Analyse business data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support digital/business transformation, process improvement and automation projects.
- Track implementation, adoption and business impact.

Founders Office

- Work directly with the Founder on high-priority business initiatives.
- Convert Founder priorities into structured action plans and execution roadmaps.
- Prepare business reviews, dashboards, presentations and decision-support material.
- Track Founder-led priorities, action items and timelines.
- Support market research, feasibility studies and strategic business initiatives.

Business Problem Solving

- Solve ambiguous business problems across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Distribution.
- Identify root causes, develop solutions and drive implementation.




- Recommend opportunities to improve revenue, productivity, efficiency and business performance.

Experience & Skills

- 3 - 12 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, BI/Analytics, Transformation, Strategy or PMO.
- Experience in FMCG and/or FMCD is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Exposure to BI dashboards, analytics, automation or transformation projects.
- Experience working with Founders/CXOs/senior leadership will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- High ownership, execution orientation and problem-solving ability.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

What This Role Is NOT This is not a purely administrative, MIS or coordination role. The individual will be expected to own projects, solve business problems, influence stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes.
