The ideal candidate will possess strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working directly with clients in an Agile development setting. - Role: C#.NET Desktop Application Developer - Location: Pune - Experience: 3 to 5 Years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using C#.NET, WinForms, and WPF. - Build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly Windows applications. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues. - Analyze system requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide project updates. - Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. - Optimize application performance, stability, and maintainability. - Work with version control, build automation, and project management tools. - Support defect analysis, root cause investigation, and issue resolution. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices. - Support reporting solutions using SSRS and RDL when required.
