Tosh & Morinda is a premium pet nutrition startup on a mission to transform the way dogs are fed in India. We believe dogs deserve the same quality of food that we would choose for ourselves. That's why we make oven-baked dog food using clean, 100% human-grade ingredients with absolutely no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. We are building much more than a pet food brand – we are building a company that pet parents can trust.

About the Role

This prospect is for a final-year Bachelor’s student or recent Graduate who is curious about marketing and brand-building, and wants real ownership from day one – not a checklist internship. We’re looking for someone who can move between science and storytelling – someone equally curious about research, marketing, branding and AI, and ready to wear multiple hats when needed.

Your work will span R&D;, product, research, brand and growth. One day, you might be deep in ingredient research and scientific literature; the next, you could be thinking through a campaign, creating content, or exploring a new market opportunity.

You’ll need to be comfortable asking both:

“What does the science say?”

and

“How do we make people care?”

You might be a fit if you:

- Are in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or have recently graduated.
- Understand what makes a premium brand feel premium,



and want to help build that feeling with us.
- Can own content, editing, and social media with a strong creative eye.
- Are comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with vets, creators, and other partners.
- Can help plan and execute on-ground activations – pet events, cafés, community meetups, and more.
- Are AI-curious and comfortable experimenting with tools such as Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT/Claude, Semrush, Kling, Higgsfield, and others.
- Are resourceful, self-starting and excited to figure things out with minimal hand-holding.
- Are based in Bengaluru and open to travelling when needed.
- Are comfortable around dogs and often find yourself talking to stray dogs and cats, and in general genuinely care about animals.

You’ll be embedded directly in the Founder’s Office – not shadowing, but actually owning things. That means real research shaping real decisions, and real work going out into the world from week one.
