The team manages the entire creative process—from concept, script, and storyboard to animation and final cut—so clients can focus on their product while getting videos that sell. Typical deliverables include SaaS explainers, product launch films, animated ads, pitch deck videos, and product walkthroughs.

Pixel works closely with founders and marketing teams who need their product to be understood within the first few seconds of exposure. The company emphasizes simple, effective communication that translates product value into engaging visual na rratives.

Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will support the founder across day-to-day strategic, operational, and creative activities. This internship role is on-site and based in Gwalior, involving close collaboration with the core team.

Responsibilities may include conducting market and client research, preparing presentations and internal documents, coordinating with designers and writers, and assisting in project management and workflow tracking. The intern will help streamline communication, organize meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-ups on key initiatives.



This role offers exposure to startup operations, content and creative workflows, and client-facing processes in a rapid-moving environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, including gathering information, synthesizing insights, and preparing clear summaries and reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal documentation, emails, presentations, and occasional client interactions.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, with the capacity to manage tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new software used in content and creative workflows.
- Demonstrated interest in startups, SaaS products, or creative industries such as design, animation, or marketing.
- Ability to work on-site in Gwalior, collaborate closely with the founder, and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.**
