Help build a company changing how people use software.

Aevis builds AI agents that operate software through conversations. Our agents understand what a user wants and execute workflows directly within existing interfaces, helping businesses automate repetitive work and simplify complex processes.

We’re looking for someone to work directly with the founders on the company’s most important business priorities. You’ll help turn customer conversations into opportunities, opportunities into live deployments, and early experiments into repeatable processes.

What you’ll do

- Drive strategic projects: Take ownership of business priorities, define the problem, build an execution plan, and see it through.
- Support growth and sales: Identify promising customer segments, research accounts, prepare pitches and proposals, and keep opportunities moving through the pipeline.
- Help customers go live: Understand customer workflows, define pilot goals, coordinate with the product and engineering teams, and track outcomes.
- Turn insights into decisions: Translate customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis into clear recommendations on positioning, pricing, and product priorities.
- Build operating discipline: Create simple systems for tracking commitments, business metrics, and follow-ups so important work moves forward.
- Support founder communications: Develop clear presentations, business cases, and updates for customers, partners, and investors.





Who you are
- You’ve demonstrated ownership in a startup, consulting role, business function, or venture of your own.
- You can take an ambiguous problem, ask the right questions, and figure out what to do next.
- You communicate clearly and write well, whether you’re preparing a proposal or following up with a customer.
- You’re comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and evaluating business trade-offs.
- You’re curious about AI and can understand how a technical product creates value for a customer. Coding experience is welcome but isn’t required.
- You follow through, notice details, and are willing to handle the practical work needed to get results.

Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, customer implementations, or workflow automation.
