Established in 2004 under the vision of Late Utpal Bhattacharjee and Smt.Uma Bhattacharjee, has been a distinguished name in imparting quality education across West Bengal.

Spread over approximately 28 acres at Nilgunj, Barasat, the campus houses a Polytechnic College,

Science Degree College, Management College, a 5-Year Law College, Teachers' Training College, and a

CISCE-affiliated Model School – all under one integrated campus. The Society has since expanded its footprint with the establishment of a 3-Year Law College at Madhyamgram, continuing its legacy of educational excellence. Furthering its commitment to public welfare, the Institute has also diversified into healthcare with the establishment of a Hospital, reinforcing its broader mission of service to the community.

Role Overview The Institute is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant to the Founder's Office to directly support the

President in strategic, administrative, and operational matters. This role demands high discretion, solid organisational ability, and readiness to represent the President's office across various institutional and external engagements, including extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to the President
- Manage the President's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official communications on behalf of the

President's office

- Coordinate with heads of various constituent colleges (Polytechnic, Science Degree College,

Management College, Law Colleges, Teachers' Training College, Model School) for follow-ups on directives from the President
- Represent the President's office in meetings, institutional visits, and external engagements as required
- Liaise with government bodies, regulatory/affiliating authorities (AICTE, UGC, Bar Council, CISCE,

university affiliations, etc.)

- Assist in strategic planning, project follow-ups, and monitoring of ongoing institutional initiatives and expansion plans
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and MIS reports for the President
- Handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism
- Travel extensively across India for institutional, regulatory, and business-related engagements on behalf of the President

Base Location Kolkata (preferred)

Willingness to Travel Must be ready to travel extensively across India

Educational Qualification MBA (mandatory)

Experience Prior experience in an executive assistant / chief of staff / founder's office role preferred (education sector experience an added advantage)

Note: Given the nature of the role – extensive pan-India travel, close coordination with the President's office,

and frequent representation at external/institutional engagements – candidates comfortable with this travel-intensive profile are encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills & Attributes

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bengali; Hindi preferred)
- Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/calendar management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities independently
- Presentable, confident, and capable of representing the President's office externally




- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis and reporting)
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint (professional presentation and report design)
- Working knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and related HR-tech tools
- Proficient in advanced IT tools/courses and comfortable adapting to new software and digital systems
