Patient First.AI is an AI-powered Digital Health startup based out of the Harvard Innovation Labs. We're helping Institutions automate student health compliance using AI, making a process that once took weeks happen in minutes.

About the Role

We're looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with our founders across product,

operations, strategy, customers, and growth.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who wants to learn how a startup is built from the inside. One day you might be analyzing product metrics, the next working with an engineering team to launch a feature, speaking with a university client, researching a new market, improving an operational workflow, or helping the founders prepare for an important meeting.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Work Setup: Fully Remote

What You'll Do

1. Work directly with founders across product, operations, strategy, customers, and growth.
2. Review, analyze, and process healthcare and immunization records,



ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities to improve AI performance.
3. Respond to customer questions and work with university clients to resolve issues.
4. Review operational workflows and suggest process and product improvements.
5. Support product launches, testing, bug tracking, and process improvements.
6. Analyze product, customer, and business data to identify opportunities.
7. Support university clients, onboarding, and issue resolution.
8. Prepare research, analyses, presentations, and meeting briefs for founders.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, operations, strategy, business, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Robust interest in AI, healthcare, technology, and startups.
