Founder's Office

- Location: Gurgaon | Work from office
- Schedule: Full-time | Six days a week
- Experience: 2+ years in a consumer app or technology business , in operations, founder's office or running your own venture.
- Compensation: ₹10–12 LPA (based on expertise) + ESOPs

WHO WE ARE We're a team of IIT Delhi alumni building Dalvoy AI, the only platform an aspirant needs to crack any government exam in India.

Within just a few months of launch, 1 in every 5 UPSC aspirants is already using Dalvoy for their preparation. We've raised our seed round from leading venture capital firms in India and are now building the team for our next stage of growth.

We're looking for exceptional people to join us early, take real ownership and help build India's best test-prep platform.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Find and execute worthwhile opportunities the founders lack bandwidth to pursue. Take initiative across growth, customer experience and operations, and follow through until the work is done.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Spot practical opportunities to improve the business and prioritize those with a clear benefit relative to the effort involved.
- Pick up important work that is stuck or has no clear owner. Gather context, decide the next steps and drive it to completion .
- Run small pilots and process improvements . Document successful workflows as simple standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct market research and business analysis ,



bringing clear recommendations when a founder decision is needed.
- Own the follow-ups and practical execution needed to close your projects, stepping into urgent business tasks when priorities change.
- Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and increase the founders' execution capacity.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Experience taking initiative and completing work independently in a startup or similarly fast-moving setting.
- Good judgment about what is worth doing, what can wait and when to ask for a decision.
- Comfort with research, numbers and practical execution. You learn quickly, communicate clearly and follow through without repeated reminders.

AI FLUENCY Hands-on experience with Claude, Codex or comparable tools to automate workflows, check outputs and improve efficiency is required.
