Aeroyantra builds drone survey and geospatial intelligence for Indian infrastructure. We run two things: a cloud photogrammetry platform at aeroyantra.com, and a survey services business delivering LiDAR and topographic data to mining, solar, highways and hydro clients across India. DGCA certified, DPIIT recognised.

We are small, early, and growing on real projects, not on a deck. You will sit next to the founder. There is no layer between you and the decision.

What you will actually do

Build the outbound pipeline: mining, cement, solar EPC, highways, PSUs

Own cold outreach end to end. Email, calls, site visits, LinkedIn

Track and respond to tenders on GeM, CPPP and state portals

Sit in client calls, translate a survey requirement into scope and price

Run the CRM so the pipeline is real, not a story





Follow up on collections until money lands

Travel to sites and client offices when it moves a deal

What we are looking for

1 to 4 years in B2B sales or business development. Numbers, not adjectives

Exposure to drones, GIS, geospatial, SaaS, construction, mining or solar is a solid plus

You can write a cold email a GM (Mines) will actually reply to

Comfort with unstructured work and no fixed

Delhi based or willing to relocate immediately

What we are not looking for

Someone who needs a script, a manager and a defined process

Someone who confuses activity with revenue

Compensation

Fixed plus uncapped variable on collections. Discussed openly at Round 1. We will not waste your time if the range does not work.
