Job Title: Founder's Office Associate (Business Analyst)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the Founder on business analysis, MIS reporting, strategic presentations, and cross-functional execution. This role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Work closely with the Founder to track business performance and key business metrics.
- Solid data analysis skills with the ability to generate actionable insights. (Mandatory)
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel. (Mandatory)
- Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, dashboards, charts, and data cleaning. (Mandatory)




- Create business presentations and reports in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives. (Mandatory)
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Power BI or Google Sheets is a plus.

Preferred Qualification: B.Tech Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
