Key Responsibilities

- Founder’s Office & Strategic Initiatives
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic and day-to-day business priorities.
- Understand the Founder’s vision and convert it into actionable plans.
- Manage and follow up on key projects, tasks and initiatives.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, research and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Ensure important tasks are followed through till completion.
- Act as a central point of coordination between the Founder and different functions.
- Digital Marketing & Brand Building :
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing and social media ideas.
- Understand Instagram, Meta, Google, influencer marketing and content marketing.
- Identify trending content, campaigns and marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging brand communication.
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate Girls Flavour.
- Contribute ideas for increasing brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition.
- Business Growth & Strategy :
- Research recent opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.
- Develop innovative strategies to scale the brand.
- Study successful D2C,



fashion and lifestyle startups and identify actionable learnings.
- Identify potential collaborations, partnerships and business opportunities.
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research.
- Assist the Founder in evaluating new ideas, products, markets and initiatives.
- Continuously identify “What can we do better?” and “What can we do next?”
- Innovation & Problem Solving :
- Bring fresh, creative and unconventional ideas to the business.
- Proactively identify problems and take ownership of finding solutions.
- Think beyond traditional job responsibilities.
- Stay updated with trends in fashion, D2C, e-commerce, social media, technology and consumer behaviour.
- Experiment with new ideas and strategies and evaluate their results.
- Cross-Functional Management :
- Work across Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance and other functions as required.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure effective communication between different teams.
- Support the Founder in maintaining accountability and timely execution.
- Handle urgent and high-priority assignments with maturity and efficiency.
