About the Role

As part of the Founder's Office , you'll work directly with the founding team and get a 360-degree view of a fast-moving education startup across strategy, operations, partnerships, and product launches.You'll support high-priority initiatives, help launch new products and projects, and take ownership of operational challenges as RISE continues to grow.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with founders on new projects and own the operational execution
- Identify, source, and negotiate partnerships with leading organizations, corporates, and academic institutions
- Represent RISE in meetings with clients, sponsors, and partners
- Conduct analysis and research to support strategic decision-making
- Operationalize cross-functional, multidisciplinary projects




- Take on ad-hoc responsibilities based on evolving business priorities
