Role Description The Founder role at Sindhujaa Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Founder will lead the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the academy, shaping its long-term direction in the EdTech space.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing partnerships with schools and colleges, overseeing the design and rollout of technology-driven learning programs, and guiding the creation of Robotics, AI, Data Science, and AR/VR curricula. The role involves building and mentoring a high-performing team,



managing operations and budgets, and ensuring the academy’s offerings meet educational standards and market needs. The Founder will also represent the organization in industry forums, engage with investors and stakeholders, and drive continuous innovation in products and services.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills to guide an EdTech organization.
- Experience in education, technology, or product development, ideally in areas such as Robotics, AI, Data Science, or AR/VR.
- Proficiency in business development, partnership management, and stakeholder engagement within the education sector.
- Ability to manage operations, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for working with institutions, investors, and internal teams.
- Background in education, engineering, technology management, or a related field; entrepreneurial experience is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated passion for experiential learning, 21st-century skills, and making advanced technology accessible to diverse learners.
