About the Role

Zynetic is looking for a high-ownership Founder's Associate to work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business operations, partnerships, expansion, research, and execution.

This is not an Executive Assistant role. We are looking for someone who can independently take a problem, structure it, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive it to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and high-priority projects.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, sales, technology, finance, and HR.
- Conduct market, competitor, regulatory, and business research.
- Prepare business cases, financial analysis, presentations, and management reports.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, vendors, and markets.
- Track critical initiatives, timelines, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and ensure projects move to closure.




- Represent the Founder's Office in internal and external discussions where required.

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience in strategy, consulting, founder's office, business operations, startups, investment banking, or similar high-ownership roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced entrepreneurial environment.
