We are looking for an experienced Formulation Chemist to develop, optimize, test, and scale up crop-protection products from laboratory trials to commercial production.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize pesticide/agrochemical formulations such as EC, SC, SL, WP, WDG and related formats.
- Conduct lab trials, formulation testing, stability studies, and product evaluation.
- Handle lab-to-plant scale-up and support commercial production.
- Troubleshoot formulation, quality, and production-related issues.
- Work closely with R&D;, Production, QA/QC, and plant teams.
- Maintain formulation records, trial reports, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production operators.
- Support development and improvement of new and existing crop-protection products.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in pesticide/agrochemical formulation.
- Solid knowledge of formulation development, scale-up, and troubleshooting.



Practical experience with EC, SC, SL, WP, WDG or similar formulations.
- Good understanding of formulation ingredients, stability, compatibility, emulsification, and dispersion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of chemical handling and industrial safety.

Preferred Candidate - Candidates with strong practical experience in crop-protection formulation development and commercial-scale production will be preferred. Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate
