Position: Forklift Maintenance Manager

Priority Requirement: Only candidates with proven experience in the Forklift / Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all forklift maintenance and repair activities.
- Lead a team of forklift technicians and service engineers.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of Electric, Diesel, LPG Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Pallet Trucks.
- Monitor machine uptime, service quality, and maintenance costs.
- Plan spare parts inventory and control maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with customers, operations, and service teams for timely issue resolution.
- Prepare maintenance reports, KPI tracking, and team performance reviews.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical,



or Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in Forklift Maintenance and Service Operations.
- Mandatory experience in the Forklift / Material Handling Equipment Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Electric Forklifts, LPG Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Battery Systems, Hydraulics, and Industrial Equipment.
- Experience in managing service teams and maintenance contracts.
- Good leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills.

Note: Applications from candidates without direct Forklift Industry experience will not be considered. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
