About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented qualified to join our team as a Forex and Travel Consultant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Telugu and Malayalam, with experience in both foreign exchange services and travel consulting. This role involves assisting customers with currency exchange, travel documentation, itinerary planning, and providing expert advice to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Forex Services:

- Provide foreign exchange services including currency sales, purchases, and remittances.
- Advise customers on exchange rates, travel cards, and forex regulations.
- Handle forex documentation and compliance as per RBI guidelines.
- Process and issue travel cards, travelers' cheques, and other forex products.
- Maintain accurate records of all forex transactions.

Travel Consulting:

- Assist customers with end-to-end travel planning including flights, hotels, visas, and insurance.
- Provide customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Offer guidance on visa processes, documentation, and travel advisories.
- Coordinate with travel partners for bookings, tours, and transportation.




- Resolve travel-related issues and provide post-travel support if required.

Customer Service:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in and telephonic clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Address customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Upsell additional services like travel insurance, forex products, and holiday packages.

Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of forex regulations and travel trends.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Fluency in Telugu and Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in forex services.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of forex products, regulations, and travel processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

- Certification in forex or travel consultancy (e.g., IATA, RBI-related courses).
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with travel booking software and forex operating systems.
