About the company: RA Services is hiring a Forex Executive (Foreign Exchange Executive) on behalf of an established travel company. The company provides travel-related services to customers, including international travel solutions and associated financial and travel support services.

The organisation is looking for an experienced professional who can manage foreign exchange transactions, assist international travellers with forex-related products, and contribute to the company's travel and forex sales operations.

About the Role: As a Forex Executive (3–5 Years Experience), you will be responsible for managing foreign currency exchange transactions and providing customers with forex and related international travel financial services. You will interact directly with customers, handle forex transactions, maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the sales of related travel services.

You will work closely with banks, authorised dealers, forex partners, and internal travel teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution of forex transactions. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

● Handling the buying and selling of foreign currencies based on customer requirements.

● Processing foreign currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.

● Assisting customers with forex cards, multi-currency travel cards, and international remittance services.

● Verifying customer documentation and ensuring compliance with KYC and AML requirements.

● Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all forex transactions.





● Monitoring daily foreign exchange rates and communicating applicable rates to customers.

● Coordinating with banks, authorised dealers, and forex partners for forex-related transactions and services.

● Promoting forex products and services, including foreign currency notes, multi-currency forex cards, wire transfers, and traveller's cheques where applicable.

● Handling customer enquiries through phone, email, and walk-in interactions.

● Cross-selling relevant travel services such as international flight tickets, travel insurance, visa assistance, and international tour packages.

● Ensuring accurate cash handling and maintaining proper foreign currency stock records.

● Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly forex transaction and sales reports.

● Handling customer complaints and resolving forex-related issues professionally and efficiently.

● Supporting achievement of monthly forex sales and revenue targets.

● Staying updated on applicable RBI guidelines, FEMA requirements, and relevant international foreign exchange policies.

● Maintaining a high standard of customer service while ensuring transaction accuracy and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong numerical ability, attention to detail, customer-handling skills,



and the ability to balance sales performance with strict compliance requirements in a fast-paced travel environment.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree or qualification in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field will be preferred.

Skills

● 3–5 years of relevant experience in forex, foreign exchange, travel finance, banking, money exchange, or a related field.

● Positive understanding of foreign currency exchange and currency conversion.

● Working knowledge of RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations applicable to foreign exchange transactions.

● Strong numerical, cash-handling, and transaction-processing skills.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and documentation.

● Ability to handle customer enquiries, complaints, and walk-in clients professionally.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM, forex, or transaction-processing software.

● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer transactions efficiently.

● Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve forex and cross-selling targets.

● Good coordination skills for working with banks, authorised dealers, and external forex partners.

Experience

● 3–5 years of relevant experience in foreign exchange, forex services, banking, travel, money exchange, or related financial services.

● Prior experience handling forex transactions, forex cards, international remittances, or travel-related financial products will be preferred.

● Experience in customer-facing sales and cross-selling will be an advantage.
