Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, well-groomed and customer-oriented professionals to join our Food & Beverage Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining service standards and ensuring smooth day-to-day F&B; operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food and beverage service.
- Maintain proper knowledge of the menu, ingredients and daily specials.
- Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment, cutlery, crockery and other F&B; items.
- Follow food safety,



hygiene and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and minimizing wastage where required.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Hotel Management preferred.
- Previous experience in Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Banquet or Hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends and on holidays.
- Team player with good discipline and willingness to learn.
