Role Description The Food and Beverage GSA (Guest Service Associate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mathura, responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations and guest interactions. The role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring tables and service areas are clean and well organized. The GSA coordinates with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely and accurate orders, assists with mise en place, and maintains hygiene and safety standards.





This position also involves handling basic billing, addressing guest questions or concerns, and supporting supervisors during busy service periods.

Qualifications

- Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge to manage orders, service flow, and basic menu understanding.
- Proven Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Foundational Culinary Skills to understand dish components, portioning, and presentation standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Mathura in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace with flexible shifts.
- Attention to detail, basic numeracy for billing, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
