Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Finance Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and support of finance modules. The consultant will collaborate with finance stakeholders to design, optimize, and deploy financial processes within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure Finance modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance teams

- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions

- Configure and support the following modules:
- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets

- Cash & Bank Management

- Budgeting

- Tax Management

- Financial Reporting

- Design Chart of Accounts, financial dimensions, and posting profiles

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

- Lead data migration, integration, and system testing (SIT/UAT)

- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs)





- Provide user training and post-go-live support

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS/local regulations)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3–10+ years of experience in Dynamics AX / D365 F&O; Finance

- Solid understanding of core finance and accounting principles

- Hands-on configuration experience in D365 Finance modules

- Experience with financial reporting and consolidations

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions

- Good stakeholder communication skills

- Experience working in ERP implementation lifecycle projects

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification

- Experience with multi-company and multi-currency environments

- Exposure to integration with banking systems or third-party applications

- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)

- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or service industries
