Madhav Manufacturers is a manufacturer of high-quality cotton buds, supplying distributors, retailers businesses across India.
We are looking for an experienced FMCG Sales Executive to build and expand our distribution network across Saurashtra & Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Develop and expand the FMCG distribution network across Gujarat & Saurashtra.
- Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop robust relationships with channel partners.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain sales reports and regularly update the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience mandatory.
- Experience in FMCG, personal care, hygiene, or consumer goods preferred.
- Strong distributor/channel network in Gujarat & Saurashtra is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat & Saurashtra.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.**
