Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and monitor key metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT).
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
- Lead and train the team; manage rosters, briefings, and performance.
- Oversee store operations, VM standards, and billing accuracy.
- Manage stock, replenishment, audits, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure SOP compliance, cash handling, and audit readiness.
- Verify DSR, billing accuracy, discounts, and payment reconciliation.
