About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Drone Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing drone missions across various projects. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that all drone operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for aerial technology, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements. This role offers an exciting chance to be at the forefront of drone technology applications and contribute to impactful projects across multiple industries.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a relevant educational background in aviation, engineering, or related fields.

Certification as a licensed drone pilot (Part 107 or equivalent) is mandatory. Prior experience in drone operations, aerial surveying, or remote sensing is highly desirable. Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in drone hardware, software, and data analysis tools is essential.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are critical.



Candidates must also demonstrate a commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute drone missions in accordance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards. Operate and maintain a fleet of drones, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Collect, analyze, and interpret aerial data to generate actionable insights for clients.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and technical teams to develop tailored drone solutions. Conduct pre-flight inspections, risk assessments, and post-flight reports to ensure quality and safety. Stay updated with the latest advancements in drone technology and industry regulations to continuously improve operational efficiency.

Provide technical support and training to team members as needed. Ensure all operations are documented accurately and comply with legal and safety requirements.
