Role Description The Floor Care Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for the daily cleaning, maintenance, and appearance of floors and carpets in assigned areas, ensuring a protected and presentable environment.

Typical tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and polishing various floor surfaces, as well as performing carpet care such as spot cleaning and deep cleaning. The technician will also apply and remove floor wax and sealants, follow environmental service protocols,



and use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety standards. In addition, the role involves communicating with supervisors and team members about work priorities, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to organizational cleanliness and hygiene guidelines.

Qualifications

- Solid floor care skills, including Floor Cleaning, Waxing, and maintenance of different floor types.
- Experience with Carpet care, including vacuuming, spot treatments, and deep cleaning procedures.
- Knowledge of Environmental Services practices, including safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating tasks, following instructions, and reporting issues.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods while performing cleaning duties.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Prior experience in facility cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
