Role Description The Flight Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily flight operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role coordinates aircraft scheduling, crew rostering, and operational planning, working closely with ground handling, maintenance, and logistics teams to support seamless mission execution.

The Flight Operations

Manager monitors flight performance, resolves operational issues, and implements standard operating procedures aligned with aviation regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities include managing documentation and reports, liaising with regulatory authorities and service providers, and optimizing resource utilization and cost controls. The role also involves continuous improvement of flight operations processes, supporting audits, and mentoring operations staff to uphold high standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in aviation / charter operations

· Comprehensive knowledge of flight handling operations for non-scheduled charter flights handling cargo Operations.

· Preparation and processing of flight handling applications and related operational documentation.

· Submission and follow-up of documents with government departments and aviation authorities.

· Coordination with Ground Handling Agencies (GHA) and airport authorities.

· Coordination with airport cargo warehouse for cargo handling and cargo-related documentation.

· Flight supervision and operational monitoring of non-scheduled charter flights.

· Preparation of professional emails, operational correspondence, and documentation.

· Ensure smooth coordination between clients, crew, handlers, and operational departments.

· Candidates should possess familiarity with aviation safety standards, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.

· Relevant bachelor’s degree in aviation management, aerospace, logistics, or a related field; advanced certifications in flight operations or dispatch are an advantage.

· Experience in airline, charter, or corporate aviation operations, including crew coordination and ground handling oversight.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work under time-sensitive conditions.

· Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and guide operations personnel.

· Well versed with the documentation and requirements related to flight operations.

· Complete computer knowledge including MS Office, email drafting, and documentation handling.
