We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Floor Cordinator to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across hospital wards and departments, enhancing patient satisfaction, and coordinating with medical and support staff. This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration and a passion for healthcare service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily activities on assigned hospital floors to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families regarding non-clinical services and queries.
- Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, billing, and other departments to ensure timely patient care and support.
- Maintain patient records and admission/discharge updates in coordination with the medical records department.




- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Assist in resolving patient complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and support floor-level staff, ensuring duty rosters are maintained and responsibilities fulfilled.
- Maintain and report floor-wise data including occupancy, discharge status, and patient satisfaction feedback.
- Support internal audits and quality control initiatives.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹21,930.00 per month
