We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Flight Sales Executive to join our growing travel team and handle domestic and international flight sales for the India market .

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international destinations, airline fares, routing, GDS platforms, NDC content, ticketing, and customer handling , along with a proven ability to convert flight enquiries into confirmed bookings.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle domestic and international flight enquiries from customers and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Provide suitable flight options based on customer requirements, budget, routing, and travel preferences.
- Search and quote competitive international airfares.

• Handle PNR creation, ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes .

- Manage flight date/time changes, rebooking, schedule changes, and missed-flight cases.

• Work with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo/Travelport , or equivalent systems.

• Handle NDC airline content and direct-connect inventory where applicable.

- Maintain strong knowledge of airline fare rules, penalties, baggage allowances, taxes, ticketing deadlines, and refund conditions.

• Handle both Full-Service Carriers and Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) .

- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales conversion.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, conversion, and productivity targets .

- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, suppliers,



and internal operations teams when required.

? REQUIRED INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION KNOWLEDGE

Robust knowledge of major international travel markets, including:

?? USA & Canada | ?? UK & Europe | ?? Middle East | ?? Australia & New Zealand | ?? Singapore | ?? Thailand | ?? Malaysia | ?? Indonesia | ?? Vietnam | ?? Japan | ?? South Korea | ?? China | ?? Turkey | ?? Maldives | ?? Qatar | ?? Saudi Arabia and other major international destinations.

? GDS & NDC EXPERIENCE

Required:

- Hands-on experience with at least one major GDS
- Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo / Travelport knowledge
- International air ticketing and fare-rule knowledge

Highly Preferred:

- Knowledge of airline direct-connect content
- Experience servicing NDC bookings
- Understanding of GDS vs. NDC fares and content

? CANDIDATE PROFILE

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in international air ticketing / flight sales

✔️ Strong international destination and airline knowledge

✔️ Proven flight-sales experience

✔️ Excellent customer communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Strong GDS knowledge

✔️ NDC experience will be an advantage

✔️ Target-oriented and commercially driven

✔️ Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries efficiently

✔️ Strong English communication skills

✔️ Experience with a travel agency, OTA, TMC, consolidator, or airline environment preferred
