- Assist in batch preparation, packing, labelling, and inventory/stock management in accordance with approved procedures.

- Assist in ensuring product labels comply with applicable FSSAI and Legal Metrology requirements.

- Support the preparation, compilation, and maintenance of documents required for FSSAI licensing, inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance.

- Maintain and update product specifications, ingredient declarations, nutritional information, laboratory test reports, and other technical records.

- Assist in internal, customer, and regulatory audits, including documentation and implementation of corrective actions wherever required.

- Assist in preparation and processing of purchase orders, coordination with suppliers, and procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.

- Support regulatory compliance activities, including monitoring applicable requirements and maintaining relevant records and documentation.

- Assist in formulation trials, product improvement, process optimisation, and development of recent food products.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, R&D;, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of food manufacturing and product development activities.
