About the Role :

We're looking for a Firmware Developer with strong driver development and embedded programming skills. You'll work closely with our hardware team to design, develop and optimise firmware and low-level drivers for embedded products built on STM32/STM microcontrollers.

What You'll Do

? Design, develop and maintain firmware for STM32/STM-based embedded systems

? Develop, debug and integrate low-level drivers for USB, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART and other peripheral protocols, ensuring reliability and performance

? Bring up new boards and validate peripherals with hardware engineers

? Debug firmware/driver issues using oscilloscopes, logic analysers and JTAG/SWD

? Write clean, documented, maintainable embedded C/C++; participate in code reviews, unit testing and firmware validation

? Optimise for performance, memory footprint and power efficiency

? Collaborate with hardware, QA and product teams to deliver on schedule, and maintain technical documentation for drivers, protocols and firmware architecture

What We're Looking For

✅ 3–4 years of hands-on firmware/embedded software development





✅ Strong Embedded C/C++ with proven USB and Ethernet driver development

✅ Solid grasp of SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet/TCP-IP

✅ Hands-on STM32 (or similar STM family) experience; RTOS (FreeRTOS) a plus

✅ Familiar with JTAG, SWD, oscilloscope, logic analyser

✅ Good understanding of DMA, timers, ADC/DAC, interrupts

✅ Git and standard embedded workflows; strong debugging skills at hardware and software levels

✅ Bachelor's in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related

Good to Have:

Bootloader development • Low-power design • Linux device drivers • Hardware bring-up and board-level validation • Agile practices

Soft Skills:

Analytical, problem-solving mindset • Works independently and in cross-functional teams • Transparent communicator with hardware, QA and product • Detail-oriented on code quality and reliability
