Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with screening and compliance products, including Trust and Continuity platforms.

- Strong experience in development, implementation, customization, and production support activities.

- Experience with customer/entity screening against sanction lists, PEP, and adverse media databases.

- Skilled in alert tuning, configuration setup, format creation, and profile management.

- Experience with onboarding applications and configuring watchlist and country-based validation rules.

- Ability to perform alert debugging, entity validation, LOB queue creation, and automation testing.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and database object development.

- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of database-related issues.

- Experience in implementing and customizing global name screening solutions for banking and financial compliance use cases.

- Positive understanding of banking compliance, sanctions screening, and financial crime risk processes.
