About The Job:

- Experience: 5+ years
- Mandatory Skills: MS Dynamics 365 Development, Customer Service, Copilot or AI, Azure, Power Platform
- Must have at least one MS Dynamics or Power Platform certification
- Role is for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (not a consultant)
- Passport is mandatory and should be valid
- We are seeking a mid-level Dynamics 365 Developer with foundational experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and interest in Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilities.
- The role focuses on supporting development activities and contributing to solution delivery under the guidance of senior team members in an Agile environment.

Essential Job Functions:

- Support the development and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Implement configurations such as entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
- Assist with Copilot (AI-powered) feature configuration and enhancements.
- Build and support solutions using Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages / Power Portal.
- Support integrations and data flows with guidance from senior developers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and defect resolution.
- Learn and follow coding standards, security models, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification.
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service (or strong hands-on exposure).




- Basic understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and case management concepts.
- Exposure to Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Willingness to learn AI-driven capabilities such as Dynamics 365 Copilot.
- Nice to have exposure to Azure services or APIs.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
