- Process Management - Supervise day-to-day finance operations in assigned functions (AP, AR, R2R, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, etc.). Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within SLA timelines. Monitor workload distribution and resource utilization.
- Team Leadership - Lead a team of 5–20 analysts/executives. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Quality & Compliance - Review transactions and reconciliations for accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Support audit requests and internal control testing. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Month-End Close Support - Coordinate month-end closing activities.



Review journal entries and account reconciliations. Ensure timely completion of reporting deadlines. Escalate issues to the Manager when necessary.
- Stakeholder Management - Act as the first point of contact for business users and country finance teams. Resolve operational issues and escalations. Provide status updates and operational reports.
- Continuous Improvement - Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Support automation and digital transformation initiatives. Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or process excellence projects.
- Performance Monitoring - Track KPIs and SLAs. Analyze performance trends. Prepare dashboards and management reports. Recommend corrective actions when targets are not met.

Job Requirements

Generic Standards

Experience: 15 - 18 years of progressive OTC, PTP, RTR financial operations experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial compliance, and OTC, RTR or P2P cycle best practices.

Soft Skills: Solid problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication abilities.
