This position The FP&A; Jr. Analyst will support the Finance team with financial reporting, forecasting, analytics, and KPI metrics. The role will partner closely with all FP&A; leaders as well as other groups in the Finance team to support analysis, The FP&A; Jr. analyst is responsible for providing system reports ana analysis to Finance and partnering with business leaders as required to drive planning and budgeting, perform financial analysis to understand forecast variances, and develop and track key operational metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities In this role,



you will work closely with our team members to perform the following:

- Support the preparation of the monthly P&L; analysis to ensure timely and accurate reporting and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and provide financial insights into variances
- Support business leaders by researching questions and investigating variances on financial statements
- Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
- Assist in the development, tracking and reporting of operational and financial metrics
- Support annual budgeting process and financial forecasting process
- Assist in the continuous improvement, development, modification, and implementation of financial systems as necessary

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1+ years of progressive experience in Finance
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive results.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Able to seek out, identify, and make process improvements.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to work in a global workplace.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Sage Intacct or SAP desired.
