Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation will provide process and service excellence to support Dyson’s growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.

What You'll Do

- Lead month-end close activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Own balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
- Partner with Finance Directors and business stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Support audit, statutory reporting, tax, and compliance requirements, prepare the Statutory Financial Statement at Financial year end.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and other finance teams to improve financial performance and controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation across finance operations.
- Act as a trusted finance partner and key point of contact for assigned markets.

About you

- 5-8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Audit.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce,



or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, month-end close processes, and balance sheet management.
- Experience with IFRS, US GAAP, or local accounting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria For Internal Movements

- Minimum Tenure: Employees must have completed at least 18 months in their current role or with the organization.
- Performance: Employees should typically have a satisfactory or above performance rating in their most recent appraisal cycle.
- No Active Disciplinary Actions: Employees must not be under any active disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans.
