Job Profile

- Preparation of sales registers, including forecast/target mapping and actual vs. forecast vs. target analysis

- Circulation of delivery- and customer-level sales reports with MoM and QoQ trend analysis

- Analysis of discount entries, including billed and unbilled trends

- Circulation of revenue dashboards highlighting leader-level anomalies for management review

- Preparation of project-level P&L;/MIS reports by consolidating portfolio numbers and manual cost entries

- P&L; analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights

- Headcount analysis at delivery and customer levels

- Assessment of forex impact on revenue and cost, including calculation of constant currency revenue

- Preparation of cost reports with MoM and QoQ variance analysis





- Preparation of margin dashboards and presentations for sales leadership, highlighting key performance metrics such as Budget/Forecast vs. Actuals, ratio analysis, business mix, and headcount analysis

- Support in the preparation of SBU review decks in close collaboration with the sales Operations team

- Close interaction with Delivery/sales teams on a regular basis to give the insights on project profitability

- Review of the Project Master Report to ensure accurate mapping of sales and delivery hierarchies
