Role Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Insurance Consultant to advise clients on suitable insurance plans (Life, Health, General, , etc.). You will assess client needs, explain policy benefits, and help them choose the best coverage to protect their family, health, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Meet clients, understand their financial goals, risk profile, family needs, and suggest suitable insurance products.
- Product Knowledge: Explain features, benefits, exclusions, and premiums of Life, Health, Term, Motor, and General insurance policies clearly.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets, generate new leads, and build a strong client portfolio.
- Lead Management:



Follow up on leads from references, walk-ins, and digital sources; maintain CRM.
- Documentation: Help clients with application forms, KYC, medical checks, and claim process support.
- After-Sales Service: Provide policy renewal reminders, claim assistance, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Market Update: Stay updated on IRDAI guidelines, new products, and competitor offerings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
