Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with strong analytical and financial modelling skills to analyse business performance across Finance, Sales, Production, and Operations. The ideal candidate will be able to convert financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support business decisions, profitability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Develop financial models and business performance reports.

Sales & Revenue Analysis

- Analyse revenue trends, profitability, pricing, discounts, and sales performance.
- Track sales KPIs and support revenue forecasting.
- Evaluate the financial impact of pricing and commercial decisions.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.

Production & Operations Analysis

- Analyse production costs, operational expenses, efficiency, and inventory turnover.
- Conduct cost-benefit and profitability analysis for operational initiatives.
- Identify cost leakages, inefficiencies, and operational bottlenecks.
- Translate operational KPIs into financial impact.

Cross-Functional Business Analysis

- Work closely with Sales, Production, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making.
- Analyse business performance across different functions and identify improvement areas.
- Support strategic projects including expansion, automation, process improvement, and recent initiatives.





Data, Reporting & BI

- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, FP&A;, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or other BI/reporting tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret both financial and operational data.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in FP&A;, business performance analysis, or management reporting.
- Understanding of sales, production, inventory, and operational KPIs.
- Experience in dashboard development and reporting automation.
- MBA Finance, CFA, CA, CMA, or relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
