Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete Accounts &
- Finance function.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and MIS reporting.
- Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, ROC, and audits.
- Handle Import &
- Export accounting, foreign remittances, and banking operations.
- Strengthen financial controls and improve accounting processes.
- Lead and mentor the Finance team while collaborating with key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
- 15–20+ years of progressive experience in Finance &
- Accounts with leadership experience.
