Role Title: Finance Manager

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organization's accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audit, payroll, and compliance functions. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, strong financial controls, and timely business insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Financial Controllership, Statutory Audit, Indian GAAP/Ind AS, IFRS, Direct Tax, GST, Payroll, and Month-End Close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Controllership

- Manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS requirements. • Ensure accuracy of General Ledger, Balance Sheet schedules, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Drive timely and accurate management reporting, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Perform variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights to management. Audit & Compliance • Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits. • Act as the primary liaison with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of internal controls and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to Companies Act, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Taxation
- Manage Direct and Indirect Tax compliance.
- Review and oversee: o Income Tax o TDS/TCS o GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) o Tax audits and assessments
- Coordinate with external consultants for tax matters and litigation support. Payroll & Employee Compliance




- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and compliance.
- Ensure accurate deductions and filings for: o PF o ESI o Professional Tax o Labour law requirements
- Coordinate payroll audits and employee tax-related queries. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets.
- Deliver variance analysis and business performance insights.
- Assist leadership with strategic financial planning and decision support. Treasury & Working Capital Management
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and financial documentation.
- Track receivables, payables, and fund utilization.
- Support treasury operations and cash flow forecasting. Process Improvement & Automation
- Drive continuous process improvements in finance operations.
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Support ERP implementation, enhancement, and finance transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate A Chartered Accountant with 6-10 years of experience across Financial Reporting, Statutory Audit, IFRS/Ind AS, Taxation, Payroll, GST, Financial Controls, Treasury, and Finance Operations, capable of taking ownership of the finance function while partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance and governance.
