Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in Jalandhar.

The Finance

Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, as well as monitoring cash flow and ensuring timely reporting to leadership.

Manager will implement and enforce internal controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. In addition, the person in this role will provide financial insights to support decision-making, collaborate with other departments on cost control and profitability, and supervise finance staff as needed.

- Candidates should possess strong accounting and financial management skills, including experience with general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis and planning, such as variance analysis, forecasting, and cost control, to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, including tax laws, auditing practices, and internal control frameworks.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with financial software and tools, including spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), accounting systems, and basic ERP or MIS platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, management, external auditors, and financial institutions.
- Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role, preferably within automotive, retail, or a similar operational environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Jalandhar in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
