We are seeking an experienced and CA Qualified Finance Manager to oversee the company's complete financial operations. The position will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash-flow management, MIS, financial analysis, audit coordination, and internal financial controls.
The candidate should be commercially focused, analytical, and capable of providing accurate financial information and strategic insights to management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Financial Management
- Manage and oversee the company's overall finance and accounting functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Review financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, provisions, and accruals.
- Ensure proper bank and ledger reconciliations.
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances.
- Prepare financial projections and business performance reports.
- Provide management with financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved profitability.
1. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Monitor daily cash and bank positions.
- Prepare and manage cash-flow forecasts.
- Ensure optimum working capital utilization.
- Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
- Develop effective strategies for receivables and payables management.
1. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Review GST returns, reconciliations, and input tax credit.
- Monitor TDS compliance, returns, payments, and certificates.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and statutory authorities.
- Handle tax notices, assessments, and related documentation.
1. Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate statutory, tax, internal,
and other financial audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
- Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate control measures.
1. MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly and periodic Finance MIS for management.
- Report on revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare budget-vs-actual and variance analysis.
- Develop financial dashboards and reports as required by management.
1. Manufacturing Finance & Cost Control
- Monitor manufacturing and production-related costs.
- Analyze material, labour, overhead, and other production costs.
- Support product costing and profitability analysis.
- Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation.
- Work closely with Production, Purchase, Store, HR, and other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
1. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and financial regulations.
- Establish appropriate financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Ensure proper documentation and authorization of financial transactions.
1. Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Review accounting and finance activities for accuracy and compliance.
- Train and guide team members on financial processes and controls.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Robust practical knowledge of Indian taxation, accounting, audit, and financial management.
- Manufacturing / garment / textile industry experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
