About The Role We are looking for a Finance Intern who is eager to learn, take ownership, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment. This role will provide exposure to day-to-day finance operations, analysis, reporting, and business processes.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance fundamentals, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the finance team in day-to-day financial operations and activities.
- Assist with financial data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
- Support the team in preparing MIS reports and business reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working 5 days from the Bangalore office.
Who Can Apply?
- Students pursuing or recently graduated from B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant academic projects or prior internship experience in finance will be preferred.
