Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Excel, and working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll compliances, and financial reporting

Role & responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Zoho Books.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, schedules, and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns and ensure proper documentation.
- Support payroll processing and payroll-related statutory compliances.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer,



and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for accounting and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for financial and statutory purposes.
- Use MS Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and data management.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and support process improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Preferred Candidates Profile:

- CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA Mandatory
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll compliances, and financial reporting.
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and numerical abilities
